The item never sent. The owner never replies to messages. Horrible and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money. I had to open a case and get my money refunded by Etsy.

I am disappointed with the process I went through. The item did not arrive, so after 1 month I messaged as I am aware that shipping times can be delayed right now. After a week, I messaged again as still no response. She advised that she would resend it and refund me which was appreciated, but a few weeks later I did not have it so messaged again. She did not reply to me, I messaged another week later and still no response. It had now been over 2 months since my order. I understand shipping may be out of your control, but you can at least respond to a customer's questions/inquiries; over 4 unanswered messages is a bit ridiculous for a small business. Even though I got the refund, the $4 wasn't as important as getting the product and getting an answer or help.
