Do you offer any bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes, we do offer bulk discounts for orders of 25 or more of a specific item. Contact us directly with your order request to receive a price quote or send email to sales@engravemm.com. Please note that to receive the bulk discounted price on re-orders, you must order the same quantity.
What are the shipping options and time frames?
At checkout we offer a few different shipping options with varying transit times:
Standard shipping typically takes about 2 weeks to arrive, including the production time of about 3 business days.
10 Business Day Rush Delivery will arrive within 10 business days or less.
8 Business Day Rush Delivery will arrive within 8 business days or less.
5 Business Day Rush Delivery will arrive within 5 business days or less. This is the fastest option available.
Shipping & International Orders
We may charge additional shipping costs for destinations outside the contiguous 48 US states, such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/Military addresses, international addresses, and off-shore destinations. Standard international shipping can take 2-3 weeks for transit. Faster shipping options are available at checkout, but please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes accessed by their country. These potential fees are not included in the shipping price.
How do I customize my item?
To customize your item, please use the "personalization box" on Etsy to provide us with your engraving instructions. Be as specific and detailed as possible, and reference the listing images to see the design options and any color options. If you need additional space for instructions, you can use the "Add note to seller" box at checkout.
Can I get this delivered by Christmas?
Yes! For domestic orders please select the shipping option at checkout that states "Guaranteed By Christmas". The orders placed with the Guaranteed By Christmas option will get priority production and shipping time over those placed with Standard. At this time, with "standard shipping" I cannot guarantee it will arrive by Christmas. For international shipping I will need your city and zip code to quote you.
Do you provide artwork proofs?
Proofs and mock-ups are only provided upon request, and requesting one will delay your order by at least 2-3 business days or until approval is granted. Instead, we encourage customers to review the default sample designs as shown in the listings.
Can you use a company logo or custom artwork?
Yes, we can use your logo or custom artwork for an additional one-time $25 artwork setup fee. We will keep your artwork on file for any future orders with the same artwork. It is best to provide your logo in a vector .EPS, .AI, or .SVG file format, or we can usually work with most high-resolution images. If you have specific custom images you want us to use, you can provide black and white clipart images. Please message us directly or email sales@engravemm.com
How do I order multiple items?
Add each item to your cart with the proper design, color, and engraving instructions. Once all items are in your cart, you can checkout and make one purchase. You do not need to purchase the items individually as long as they are all shipping to the same address.
