Well, this shop contacted me so quickly with a beautiful preview for this beautiful custom engraved crystal open book, that I ordered a second one before they completed this one. When I received both I was well pleased with my decision. Great job, great communication, great customer service. "I'll be back!" 😆 All kidding aside, this engraving ob is better than a trophy company I usually patronize but at a fraction of the cost and better shipping rates and conditions. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
