1 out of 5 starsI paid additional for expedited shipping and it did not come within the quoted time, much less any earlier. I had to email the seller to ask why it had not been received. I ordered the gold plated brass, and spent over $120 on this ring just to get an immediate green stain on my finger. The quality if terrible. I wore it for two days, and already had such a stain that I won't wear it again. Feels like an absolute scam.

We work in Gold plated(brass), sterling silver (925), gold vermeil (14K & 18K), and solid 10K gold, along with select custom metals on request. Each option is chosen for durability, beauty, and long-term wear.

Yes. All sterling silver and solid gold items are hallmarked (925 / 10K / 14K where applicable) to guarantee metal authenticity.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
Your piece will match the design, but because every engraving is done by hand and every metal has natural variation, each item will have its own unique character — just like the story it holds.
Is the jewelry suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. Our pieces are crafted for both everyday wear and special occasions. We recommend removing jewelry before heavy activity, water exposure, or chemical contact to preserve its beauty.
Do you offer gift packaging?

How long does it take to make my order?
Because each piece is custom engraved, we require a short production time before shipping. Your order is crafted with care and then shipped with tracking once complete.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for personalization reasons. However, if there is any issue with craftsmanship, please contact us — we will always make it right.
