5 out of 5 starsBeautiful 😍 works very well.i was very worried about my beauty getting here and continued to contact them no real reply back but my pipe arrived swift and safe and swift there are slight cracks on the inside by the filter the pipe is beautiful and I've contacted the seller to see if the pipe will be OK its still very beautiful and I'm just afraid of it cracking through im still very happy with my purchase and I hope everything will turn out OK ill update after I hear from seller. Update thank you mirage you are so very very much helpful and great seller Worked through the issue with awesome kindness swiftly amazing customer service thank u beautiful pipe will purchase again I saw these in a online magazine originally and then again online highly recommended and will continue to recommended this site and seller 🙌

5 out of 5 starsWas absolutely lovely. This little business has become my new absolute favorite of all time. My partner and I are always checking to see what they have on their shop. Their customer service is above and beyond, with the sweetest and quickest responses. They are not condescending at all, I'd say they were very welcoming and I felt implored to ask more questions! The item quality is amazing as always. The filters were in good condition and the brushes were as well. Shipping, as always, was fast and tracked perfectly and I am 120% satisfied with my experience. Can't wait to order again (:

I've put the wrong address/The address is wrong—what now?
Whatever address the customer inputs during checkout is automatically filled in by the Etsy platform when we process your order. We NEVER change this address UNLESS:
1. The customer messages us about it before we ship it out
2. USPS notifies us that it is not a USPS-valid address, which we will then message the customer about it. We will NOT ship it out until the customer confirms the address.
That said, if your order is not marked as shipped yet, we will gladly change the address for you :)
HOWEVER, if we have already shipped out your order, unfortunately we have no power over where it goes after that, as it is now under USPS's control. We apologize.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED IN THIS SITUATION. Thank you for your understanding.
My order's tracking number says it's arrived, but my package isn't there?
Unfortunately, we have no power over what happens to your package after we ship out your order, as only USPS has control over what happens thereafter.
We suggest the following advice to hopefully track down your package:
- Contact your local USPS to figure out what happened
- If you live in an area that is susceptible to packages being stolen, we recommend shipping your future packages to a different address (i.e. business address, P.O. box, etc.). Our packaging is discreet (a manila colored bubble mailer with just the shipping label on it).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, as we hold no responsibility in this situation (per Etsy guidelines). Thank you for your support and understanding.
