Hello there and thank you for visiting my shop! Entirely Smitten is a place where you can find fun, unique gifts and goods that will have you cooing at your computer screen. All items are handmade by me. No two items are identical, so please expect some variances between my photos and your made to order items. It is my goal that when you receive your item you will fully understand why I am "Entirely Smitten."
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you are not "Entirely Smitten" with your purchase, please contact me. Exchanges or Refunds are accepted within 30 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Although seller holds no responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me! I will try my best to make it right :)
Payment
I currently accept payments through Paypal or a money order. Payment is expected at the time of sale for Paypal or within 7 business days for a money order. If payment is not received within the time frame alotted the sale will be null and void.
Shipping
All pre-made items will ship within 2 business days after payment has been received. If you need something rushed, please specify in the notes section at purchase and I will let you know your time frame options and rates.
If you are purchasing a custom or made to order item please allow time for the item to be made. Once you have purchased the item I will give you an idea of when the item will be shipped.
I offer discounted shipping for combined orders. If you are purchasing several items, contact me and I will make a custom listing for you!
To my international customers: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Entirely Smitten is an environmentally conscious store and as such we do use recycled/reused materials to package our items. If you would prefer new packaging please specify in the notes section of your purchase.
