Welcome to Envero Jewelry!

The name "Envero" originated from a viticulture term- the transition of a berry from growth to ripe.

It's a literal expression of growth and maturity and creates a beautiful metaphor of the blossoming of young women. Just as the young, fresh green berries cultivate into mature, sweet, violet berries through stormy weather, strong young woman mature and grow through their life experiences and challenges. Kat's mission is to create jewelry which will accompany her through her life journey.

Returns and exchange details
===RETURN===
Depending on the item, we accept returns for store credit within 7 days after the delivery date. Item must be returned in its unworn condition with original packaging along with all paper works and certificates. Shipping fee, rush fee, Cad design fee and custom fee are non-refundable. After 7 days, all sales are final.

•All customized jewelry, sale items are final sale.
•All jewelry in "Personalize" jewelry is final sale.
•All jewelry that was resized from its original size is final sale.
•All made to order jewelry is final sale.
•All international order is final sale.
•Engagement ring and fine jewelry made diamond larger than 0.20ct is final sale.
•Eternity ring will incur 50% restocking fee
•18k gold and platinum jewelry will incur 50% restocking fee

We will not process a refund with the following condition.
 •Package that was returned to us without our authorization.
 •It has been more than 14 days after providing our shipping label.
 •Item is not in its original state.

=== WARRANTY ===
Envero Jewelry offers 6 months warranty to all of our jewelry for customers who reside in the USA. All shipping fee for repair is payable by our customer. After 6 months, we still accept customer's repair requests after both parties reach an agreement on the cost of repair.

•Breakage:  Breakage that was caused by standard use can be repaired under our warranty policy. However, if the breakage is deemed to be caused by mishandling or if the level of breakage is significant, additional charges may be payable by a customer on individual cases.

•Ring Resize: If the ordered ring size needs to be resized, we are able to resize the ring once under our 1-year warranty policy. We will not be able to resize the ring if it is larger or smaller than 1.5 in the size of the original order. If you need to resize to size 8.5 and above or if the ring is an eternity band, additional charges may be payable by a customer.  

•Necklace & Bracelet resize: If the ordered necklace and bracelet chain needs to be longer, the customer must purchase the additional chain. There is no extra charge to shorten the chain during the warranty period.

Should you choose not to sign for your package, please be aware Envero Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered. Envero Jewelry is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Envero Jewelry for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

How long is your production time?

Production time varies for each product. Simple piece is quicker than decorative jewelry. Our standard production time is 4~6 weeks. However, during peak season like Christmas and Valentine's day production may take full 6 weeks.

Please refer to our "Announcement" under the top page for updated production time.

If you need faster production, please read about "Rapid Production" under Envero Policy.

Can you rush the order?

Yes, we offer "rapid production" with additional $80 which gurantees delivery within 14 business days. The service may not be available during peak season like Christmas and Valentines day. Please contact us is you would like to upgrade.

Do you accept returns?

Please read "Refunds and Exchanges" in our policy and agree before purchasing.

Do you have warranty?

Yes, please read "Shop policies" for detailed warranty.

Is your jewelry gift wrapped?

All jewelries comes in Envero Jewelry gift box with a ribbon ready to be gifted. Additional Envero Jewelry gift shopping bag and message card with envelope is available with $5. Please search "gift wrap" in our shop.

Is your jewelry made with ethically sourced materials?

Gold and Platinum used by Envero Jewelry is purchased from suppliers who source from the domestic U.S. mines or suppliers who are able to verify and obtain certification that the source is DRC-Conflict Free mines. All jewelry has metal karat weight, such as 14k and pt950. stamped except for certain highly delicate jewelry piece which cannot be stamped due to the nature of its design.
Gemstones and Diamonds used by Envero are purchased from suppliers who are a registered member of American Gem Trading Association (“AGTA”), which the membership is only permitted to those dealers who conduct business in accordance with strict AGTA's code of ethics. All diamonds used by Envero Jewelry are conflict-free diamonds traded through Kimberley Process

What if I buy wrong size?

If it is within 6 months from purchase date, it is under warranty so we offer free resizing. You will need to pay for shipping both ways.

Can I buy from oversea?

Yes, we ship to most European countries, Australia and New Zealand. Please note that import duty may apply to your purchase depending on your country's trade policy. Please read our policy for full details.
