1 out of 5 starsTurtles were melted before they arrived in FL. Company didnt offer a refund or allow me to pay for cold pack shipping. Don't order if in summer time because they will not be responsible for melted goods and they will be melted before they get delivered in your hot mailbox.

The shipping info that is ON THE LISTING.... The treats we sell are fragile and can melt. We put a lot of effort into ensuring that nothing happens to your goodies while they are in transit, but damage may occasionally occur. We WILL NOT be held responsible for melted candy or baked goods. We do not offer cold packs, because they don't work. This twit ordered CHOCOLATES in the SUMMER going from Wyoming to FLORIDA...but it's MY FAULT as always. I am a small business, trying to make a living, dealing with absolute IDIOTS like this. As always, *I* am the bad guy. It's called PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and using the thing between your ears. Or I don't know... READ THE LISITNG.

1 out of 5 starsShipping 0/5 very slow. Customer service Horrible. Shop owner is dishonest and unsanitary. Items were tossed into the trash so I am not sure what they taste like. I am reporting her to the health department. It is not permitted to cook out of your home kitchen and use unsanitary practices, and sell food to the public. Very ignorant, uneducated, dishonest and unprofessional. Buyer beware.

ONE DAY DELAY DUE TO WEATHER, lol. Everything about how we ship is stated CLEARLY in the listings. But Mizz SmartyPants nurse practitioner can't READ, apparently. Due to the polar vortex & being in rural Wyoming, her orders were delayed ONE DAY, which I EXPLAINED to this idiot. She said it was fine, but wanted a refund on FREE SHIPPING, people. (and I'm stupid?) She whined & lied to Etsy & got her 200.00 refunded without me even being ASKED about this by Etsy. BTW (that means BY THE WAY, dear) Everything I ship, is made in a rented legal kitchen in a local church, so call away! She actually accused me of trying to give her Covid, lol. My uncle, who TEACHES at Vanderbuilt University Medical School, laughed his ASS OFF at her thinking Covid can stick to the packaging. BYE FELICIA!!!

There are no cancellations due to the fact that when you order it, I start to make it. I hope you understand.
Also, I NEVER include invoices in a package unless asked. Many of our clients purchase our goodies as gifts, and who wants THAT in their birthday present, lol?

We WILL NOT be held responsible for melted candy or baked goods. We do not offer cold packs, because they don't work. I beg of you, PLEASE have your goodies sent somewhere it will be recieved immediately and not set in a hot mailbox all day. I suggest asking the post office to hold it for you, send it to work, or make sure someone is home.
Every package we ship will have tracking. Once your order ships, it is out of our hands. As a result, Mullendore Farm Confectionery will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or melted packages/products.
