1 out of 5 starsFirst time buyer of this website and place. The jewelry here looks nice. However, do to long distance shipment and very little tracking makes it a disappointment to order anything. It has been a month and have not received a gift I purchased. I would not recommend this site or place for any typical purchase.

Hi Jaime, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear that the shipping time is longer than you would've preferred. When you placed your order, I noticed that you needed the necklace before a certain date. I contacted you right away because I couldn't meet that timeframe due to the fact that I handmake each necklace myself and because of the estimated shipping time to your country and I asked if this was alright with you. After that, I handled your order with priority and shipped it only a few days later. The necklace is now on it's way for 15 days, so I'm sure it will arrive very soon and hopefully it will still make a great gift. Have a nice weekend, Jaime.
