EpochLane's Shop Policies
Welcome to my shop! I love creating beautiful, hand-crafted items and hope that you find something special for yourself or to give as a gift!
I accept Paypal, Etsy gift cards, and direct payment through my shop. Please note that you do NOT have to have PayPal set up in order to make a purchase. Through PayPal, you are able to pay for your order with your credit/debit card. Or, you can checkout with a credit card or check directly through my shop without Paypal. Etsy gift cards are now available for purchase through Etsy and may be used in my shop.
Texas residents are subjected to a 8.25% sales tax. Lame, I know. Sorry.
- -All custom orders are an $8 additional charge. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged for any other product due to their custom nature.
Once payment is received, please allow 1-2 weeks for production and for your order to be shipped. Your order will be shipped to the address listed on ETSY (PLEASE double-check this!). If there is a delay in shipment, I will convo you.
* U.S. First class shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
* International Priority normally takes 1-2 weeks, depending on customs.
However, this is not a guarantee, and we have had packages take as long
as 5 weeks to arrive. This is something we cannot control, and is at the discretion of customs.
- Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs duty and/or
import taxes. You are responsible for paying these charges.
***For International shipping, especially Australia, it is very costly to ship the crosses due to their weight. I apologize for this. Please know that all of my shipping charges are exactly what I'm being charged and no more.
LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost packages. We are happy to offer insurance and delivery confirmation through USPS at the customer's expense. If you would like priority shipping with a tracking number or insurance, please let me know BEFORE you purchase!
If you are needing your item sooner than listed, contact me before purchasing so that we can make arrangements!

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items I sell, they cannot be returned.
However, if the item arrives damaged, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we can work something out.
- -Delays due to the postal service are not my responsibility and your item will not be refunded because of delays with USPS. As stated, if you need your item by a specific date, please do not purchase without contacting me first.
If you don't feel completely satisfied with your experience with Fickle Pickle Designs, please let me know immediately so that I can work to correct the problem and earn your positive feedback. I want every customer to be a happy customer!
