Unique handcrafted jewelry and beads

I have always loved rocks and collected them as a child. As I grew older, so did my collection. One day I discovered that I could transform my beauties into jewelry and wear them! I've been on the go ever since.
I take the crystals that nature provides and turn them into beautiful jewelry to wear and love. Crystals and gemstones have wonderful energies and they will share them with us if we allow it.
I've found that my addiction to crystals has left me with more beautiful stones than I can use in my designs, so I am offering them to you here at Epona's Jewels.

A: I do not offer wholesale or quantity discounts at this time.

Newsletters go out a handful of times per year, and include details on new and upcoming designs. Most newsletters include an exclusive, unadvertised discount coupon.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept Paypal, Money Orders, and Credit Card payments.
If you experience difficulty checking out, contact me and I'll be happy to work with you for a payment alternative.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: All U.S orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail Insured, with Delivery confirmation and tracking. Shipping rates will vary according to the quantity of items ordered. Your final shipping rate will be reflected during checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, I do not ship internationally at this time.

Q: What are your order processing times?
A: Most items ship within one business day.

Q: Do you ship with insurance?
A: All U.S. orders over $20 will ship insured at no extra charge.

Q: Is my order trackable?
A: Delivery confirmation with tracking is standard with all U.S. orders.

Q: Can you expedite my order? I need it fast!!
A: I ship all U.S. orders via USPS First Class mail, which has an in-transit time of 2-5 business days. If you need an upgraded shipping method, contact me and I will invoice you for any additional shipping charges.

Q: Do you send out Shipping notifications?
A: Etsy will send an order confirmation to you when you place an order from Epona's Jewels. I also send out a personal confirmation email and a delivery notification email. You will receive an email from Paypal which will notify you once your order ships; please check the email that your Paypal account is associated with to find this notification.

Refunds and Exchanges
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: I attempt to represent each item accurately, and do my best to take accurate pictures of my items, but please remember that displays and monitors are all different. The actual color of the item may differ slightly from the color shown by your display. If your order arrives and it does not meet your expectations I will work with you. I accept returns within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. Buyer pays for return shipping. I do not refund shipping charges or fees. Returns will be processed through Paypal. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact me for more information.
