Announcement    Part one of ECS's first anniversary is MORE COLORS! Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Baby Blue, Hunter Green, Tan, and Dark Cherry Red (near maroon) are now available.

All bridle holders now have free shipping! The bridle holder pricing is increased and uses Etsy's $35 free shipping, but without shipping charges, it is now cheaper overall. An adjustable personalized bridle holder was nearly $45 dollars after tax and shipping before and will now only be $40+tax shipped to you! Pricing for other products have also been adjusted (not just raises as we see everywhere else over the past few years).

Use "10OFFUS" on any order $75 or more for 10% off the whole order AND "15MORENOW" for 15% off $100+ orders!

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

Most items are MADE TO ORDER. Order shipping times for larger orders WILL be longer than posted on Etsy but will always be completed and shipped as fast as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is NOT included as this would mean marking up each product substantially to offset potential costs of an order just above the minimum required sale. Any prepaid shipping that is more than 25% over the actual shipping fees incurred and at least 5$ (five dollars US) will have the difference refunded to the buyer.

Care instructions

Any residue on the "bottom" of the print that may have a slight white haze or is slightly sticky is due to the bed adhesive used during the printing process. Water or isopropyl alcohol will easily remove this residue.

White residue around the lettering or logos is a side effect of the printing process that occasionally happens. It can be lightly (very lightly as to not damage the product) be scraped away, or a small amount of petroleum jelly can be applied to remove the residue.
