Check each specific listing for production time. Standard USPS First Class International Orders can take a month or more to deliver, but generally take two to three weeks in our experience. Each country's respective Customs Department has to clear the package for delivery, which varies from country to country. If you are interested in upgrading to expedited delivery services internationally, please send us a conversation before ordering. Prices vary based on location and service.

We offer a $20 fee service for 5 to 7 business days expedited production (transit time not inclided) and a $15 USPS Express Mail 1 to 2 business days delivery option:

Purchasing expedited production without a shipping upgrade will be shipped standard mail. We may exceed the seven day window around the holiday season, so understand that what you are buying is a spot on the end of the expedited production order queue in front of all of the standard production orders.

It can be very frustrating when a package seems stalls out on the USPS online tracking. Unfortunately, USPS doesn't consider packages to be officially lost until after 30 days domestic USA or 45 days internationally. Sometimes packages which appear to be lost can then be delivered unexpectedly. Therefore, we will generally wait for those times to elapse before we can proceed with offering a refund or replacement, although we will take it on a case by case basis. If your package was insured by us, we cannot open a lost item claim with USPS until that time has elapsed.

It is your responsibility to verify the shipping address in your account before placing the order. If we ship the package to an incorrect address we cannot be liable.

Etsy emails you a tracking # when we ship your order. We ask that you track the package daily until it is delivered so that any issue can be addressed with the USPS in a timely fashion. Many times the mail carrier makes an error and can recollect and correct the issue within a day or two delivery. Please contact your local post office branch immediately to inquire about a potentially mishandled package.

If you live in an area or share a building where unsecured packages are in danger of theft, we can request that a signature be required at delivery. Please send us a conversation, as a fee will apply.

As in International buyer outside of the USA, your package may be subject to Customs Fees, also known as Import Fees, Duties or VAT. This money is collected at delivery by your local Customs office and is not collected by us at the time of sale nor do the proceeds go to us. You can find out more information about the potential fees involved through your country's Customs website. We do not provide estimates of potential Customs Fees. If you receive your order and reject delivery because of these fees, you will be subject to our posted return policy when we receive the package back.
