Still getting accustomed to the ring handle, and this is now the most stylish cup in our house. Excellent craftsmanship.

This cup doesn't hold as much volume as the other cup, however I needed to taper down on the Sunday morning caffeine and this cup is adorable. These cups were a bit of a splurge, but I have used them both every single weekend since receiving. Great quality and highly recommend.

This glaze feels soft and silky. It makes drinking coffee a tactile pleasure. ( Lightening-speed delivery, too!) The unique handle is sure to get a second look from guests. This is the second mug in this shape I have from Eric. Love them both.

This mug feels so good in my small hand. I love the two-ring handle, and the well-shaped, thin lip. The narrow orange "waist" is a colorful bonus. The earthy colors appeal to me, and the size is perfect.
Makin' Pots in Montana.
After finishing a masters degree program at Alfred University, NY. in 1990, I spent two years as a resident artist at the Archie Bray Foundation in Helena, MT. After setting up a studio in Helena in 1993, I worked for several years years making sculptural utilitarian pieces for numerous gallery exhibitions. In 2003 I decided to focus on making everyday functional pottery. After showing and selling pottery from a handful of galleries over the past 10 years, a couple of artist friends suggested selling my work on Etsy, so I decided it was worth a try. I've only been on Etsy for a few years now but has turned out to be a great opportunity to sell my pottery and to meet other creative people from around the world.

Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
Buyers do not need to have a PayPal account. If for some reason you require a different payment method, please contact me before making your purchase.
To avoid any confusion, please be sure that the ship to address on the PayPal receipt matches the ship to address on the Etsy receipt and please be sure that the provided address is correct or contact me if there is an error. Items returned to me due to an incorrect provided address will require repayment of the shipping costs in order to have them re-sent. If you wish to discuss payment options, feel free to Convo me.
DOMESTIC (US) $6.99 SHIPPING on most items!
I double wrap all of my pieces in foam and bubble wrap and make every effort to ensure that your piece arrives safely. U.S. addresses ship via priority mail, parcel post or UPS ground within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Insurance and other services such as delivery confirmation are available for an additional fee. If you would like to add extra services, please contact me.
I am not responsible for theft or loss during shipping. If for any reason a package is returned to me by the post office (because the buyer provides incorrect shipping info, if a package goes unclaimed, etc.) the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package reshipped. Refunds/returns will not be issued for returned packages.
PLEASE READ this post clarifying some important things about international shipping http://www.etsy.com/forums_thread.php?thread_id=6629046 before ordering.
I will ship anywhere that the US Postal Service ships which is almost everywhere. If you live outside the US, just send me a message via Etsy or email me at eric(at)vepottery(dot)com and I will pack the piece, take it to the Post Office, get the shipping price, and edit the listing with said price to your particular country.
PACKAGING AND INSURANCE
I do not typically pay the shipper for insurance. I do my best to pack the work so that there is virtually no chance of breakage, and if something does break, I will refund or replace at my expense. All work will be secured in bubble wrap and floated in styro-peanuts. Invoices are available for reference and download on Etsy for those who want them. I am happy to print out a message if the item is to be a gift for someone, just send me a convo or include info on the "Message to Seller" part of the checkout process and I will include your message within the package.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be happy and completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy, for whatever reason, I offer two kinds of returns.
If the item arrives broken, cracked, chipped or in some other way flawed, I will replace or refund. I will pay for the return shipment or (preferably) have you send me a photo of the flaw, then a photo of the piece after you destroy it. This is unlikely as I package well for shipping, but nonetheless, things can happen and I want you to know that I will make it right.
If you purchase an item and decide that it isn't the right piece for you, please let me know right away. I will have you ship it back to me at your expense, and I can then ship you another similar item at my expense, or refund your original purchase price (minus shipping), whichever works best for the situation.
Please repack the return item carefully for shipping. I strongly advise purchasing insurance and tracking. If an item arrives back damaged due to insufficient packaging or if a package is lost, a refund will not be given.
