I ordered a mask in January. Due to extended shipping delays, I received my mask a week ago. Although I was disappointed with the delay, I was extremely happy with my mask. It is beautiful! The details and quality of this mask are better than I expected. It is my favorite mask now.

Defective & Damaged Item (Badge Reels only! See other items below)
All outgoing orders are packaged with extra care but it is possible that an item may arrive to you damaged due to mishandling during shipping. Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged item and a replacement will be sent to you.
I double check all badge reels for quality before using, but unfortunately breaks do happen sometime. If your badge reel break for any reason within 30 days of being delivered, I will issue a one time replacement badge of the same item originally ordered*. Please send me a message with a picture attached showing the broken badge reel. I will not send out a new badge reel without receiving a picture.
*If the original design is not available, a substitute of equal value will be sent.
Incorrect Shipping Address and Orders that marked as delivered
If you realize you've ordered using the wrong address, please message me as soon as possible and I can change it. If your order has already shipped with the incorrect address, I will not replace it.
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the shipping/delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. I'm not responsible for mis-delivered packages and orders will not be refunded or replaced.
If your tracking shows delivered, but you have not received your package, you should contact your local Post Office. They should be able to tell by GPS coordinates where a package was scanned “delivered”.
Estimated arrival time
I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS. Unfortunately the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates and first class/standard shipping can take upwards of 7+ business days to arrive. Please be patient and keep an eye on tracking.
Lost or late packages
I am responsible for your item until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of my control. I’m not responsible for any delay caused by the USPS. If your purchase is late, lost or damaged by USPS, I cannot provide a refund.
I always provide a tracking number when the item ships. You can check your tracking number at your Purchase History.
