Payment
For your payment, Paypal is my preferred method but if you want to pay for your purchase with a credit card and you don' t have a PayPal account

Shipping
Please allow up to 2 weeks for preparation of your item.

I ship by Greek Post unless you request a different shipment method..Post office visits are made on business days.
A tracking number is provided.


Shipping is worldwide and always free ;)
Due to stricter security measures, mail from Greece to the U.S. may take longer to arrive than usual.

Delivery times after I've shipped:
Europe - five to ten business days.
Everywhere else - seven to fourteen business days

Once shipped, most orders arrive within times above. However, some orders shipped overseas may take longer to arrive due to circumstances like: customs, holidays, strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc. In the rare cases that this might happen, I would like to thank you in advance for being patient with delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
I would greatly appreciate if you would let me know in case that you're not satisfied with an item. I am more than willing to do a refund or exchange. I believe that there is always a solution to make you happy before you feel like your purchase is unsatisfactory.

Any returns I accept will be for exchange, store credit or refund minus shipping and packaging costs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Returns must be shipped to me within 3 business days of receipt with items placed back into any interior packaging in which they were initially wrapped for protection.

Full refunds are only given for items damaged in the mail or in the case that I sent the incorrect item due to fault on my part.

I do not accept returns, make exchanges or give refunds without prior communication and IF feedback is given. I pride myself on excellent customer service and am responsive to communication I receive, so I urge buyers to take advantage of that. Failure to contact me immediately upon receipt of the item and/or leaving feedback will imply acceptance of the item or transaction as is. Prior to any full refund (paragraph above), a claim will be submitted with the postal authorities and photographic proof will be required for damaged or incorrect items.
