Please read my shop policies before ordering, as I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to send me a message.

Payment
Orders paid via PayPal must be submitted in full within 24 hours of purchasing. Orders not paid for in that time frame will be canceled. PayPal allows the convenience of an automatic receipt upon payment, and the fast settlement of your bill allows me to quickly ship your item.

NOTE: You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
Shipping
I use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to ship worldwide. I send items through Priority Mail. PLEASE NOTE: I ship once a week. Once in the mail, you should receive your package in about 3-4 days if you are in the United States. (International shipping times vary greatly.)

Please double check your shipping address. I do not pay to reship items if your address is wrong, incomplete or if you need to me to resend it to you for any reason other than an explicit error on my end. If you have an apartment number, suite number, etc. it MUST be included to be delivered.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the address you use at checkout is the correct address! I will not be responsible for sending to different addresses you send via Etsy messages or email.

If you would like to insure your item, please contact me. I will then send you a revised invoice to reflect the change in cost. If you live outside the United States, any tax or custom fees that result once your item is in your country is your responsibility. I am not responsible for packages being held up in customs once they reach your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I will happily accept returns for a refund, MINUS SHIPPING, made in a timely manner (two weeks).
