Outstanding craftmanship on these bags. Only 2 stars because when I contacted the seller asking if it was possible to return them her first reply was that she was "irritated" at the fact my dog wouldn't use it. The seller also stated that though she accepted the return, the outer boxes were damaged as well as [allegedly] the bags. Both of us filed a report with our respective shipping services and I had insurance on them but was refused reimbursement due to her side not providing a damage report. The seller would not respect her own policies and refused my refund based on the shippers negligence. The horrible way the seller treated this from the start overshadows the terrific bags. Though the seller continued to deny my refund after doing all she asked and more, Etsy customer service eventually refunded me.

Wanted this for awhile and so glad I finally purchased. Arrived super fast to the US. Works perfectly for stopping for lunch. Gives her a perfect place to hangout.
