About Espresso Press Design
Hi everyone,
I'm a wife to a wonderful husband and Mom to a teenage daughter. My career in graphic design spans over twenty years. I enjoy designing for crafters and merchandise creators and sharing beautiful art from the past. I don't know that I have a style but I am inspired by the authentic antique treasured resources I find and I enjoy giving the artists' beautiful works a new life for others to enjoy.
I also find paper crafting to be a very relaxing and emotionally rewarding hobby.
My goal is to give customers high quality digital printables that they will enjoy creating many projects with and to offer valuable resources for merchandise creators while giving each great customer service. I hope to inspire paper crafters and enable merchandise creators to create something beautiful of their own. How can I change the colors of curated elements?
I usually leave the curated elements in designer kits black but often give design inspiration in the cover image for the product. To change colors in Photoshop double click on the (transparent) layer with the element, a window will open called layer styles. Choose color overlay on the left by checking the box, choose new color in the swatch. Click ok. Layer styles give many options to enhance elements and is non destructive so you can turn them off and on and experiment with how you want your elements to complement your design. Thousands of product or craft designs can be created from png elements in designer kits. If you don't have Photoshop I would recommend GIMP (free design software) to change the colors of PNG elements.
How to access files?
Most product links are in pdf format. Click the link in the pdf or copy and paste the link in your browser. Your product will auto download to your computer where ever your downloads are saved.
TERMS OF USE
You can use all digital printable designs to create both personal and commercial items, as long as the item you are selling is not Digital. YOU MAY NOT RE-SELL DIGITALLY CREATED PAPERS OR KITS AS A DIGITAL ITEM IN ANY FORMAT. You can use items in Designer Kits to make or sell Digital or Commercial Items.
Why are some elements grouped on a page in Designer Kits?
Be aware some elements in Designer Kits are grouped on a single page (shown in product description) to stay within Etsy file size limits and you must have software that enables you to select, copy and paste the element you want to use. Most products are on outside servers, these products include a product a link in a pdf only. Most Designer Kits are not on outside servers so all files comply with Etsy file size limits.
How can I color png elements in Designer Kits if I don't have Photoshop or Illustrator?

Having Trouble Downloading A Digital Item?
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through Etsy Messages for further assistance. Send the error message and what computer system you are using (Windows, MacOS), and if you typed the link or copied and pasted from product pdf (must be identical). This info is helpful.
If your computer is unable to open the file/folder, it’s possible that you’re missing the software required to open the file type. ZIP or other.
Having Trouble Downloading A Digital Item? Part II
Operating systems differ. Some operating systems may change the name of the file/link, it must be identical in every way to product link in pdf (double check spelling and case/upper/lower/characters etc.) Contact and send the error message. If product name is different in any way from as written in the product pdf (even if copying and pasting), you may get an error message (denied access). I will send a direct link to the product via Etsy messages so it will be found by your computer (bypass operating system). To open the ZIP file double click or Windows double click or right click - extract, a folder will then appear with your enclosed product files. Download from Etsy app will not work. Most files are large, downloads may take a while.
