Seller does not tell you that there are 200mb worth of files and that you have to go to another site to download them. Against my better judgment, I went to the file sharing site and tried to download the files, but the download was blocked by my virus scanner. Seller gave me another site, I'd never heard of, so I could download the files. I finally did get the files downloaded but they turned out to be not very artistic and I couldn't use them. There was a certain graphic I particularly wanted, that the seller showed in her listing, but it turns out that one was NOT given to me nor was it available. All in all, a total waste of my time and money.

My granddaughter ordered this bead for her mommy's birthday. The purchase was made on July 28, 2013 and the funds were taken out of my checking account on that same day and this purchase still wasn't shipped as of August 6, 2013. I am disappointed to say the least and I will not purchase from this purchaser again.

This was an already made product and it took the seller 8 days to ship it and I'm pretty sure it would have taken longer if I hadn't sent them a message to ask why it hadn't arrived yet. If you're too busy to ship your products then hire someone to handle it!

Additional policies and FAQs
You will see many items listed as 'Tibetan Silver', it is NOT Sterling Silver. This is a zinc alloy metal which is lead and nickel free! It was used mainly in the making of eating utensils because of its long lasting or durable qualities. The metal may be left as is to keep sort of an antiqued quality or it can be polished to a highly shiny state. I have polished several pieces myself and have used both a silver polishing cloth and a tried and true 'old school' method of an old toothbrush and toothpaste (the paste not the gel). I find the toothbrush method works much better for small crevices or very detailed pieces.
