Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't your shop accept returns?

We are an estate consignment company, and so each of our hand selected Etsy store listings is a unique vintage piece. We photograph and document our listings with a lot of care, and we will provide additional photos/videos/information upon request. Our goal is transparency and accuracy, and we believe our 5 star reviews reflect that. Once an item is sold and dispatched, we notify our estate client and dispense payment to them. For these reasons, we cannot accept returns. Please review photos and information carefully before purchase.
Please note, we are not authenticators. We do our best to show and describe all items. All items are sold as-is, where is. We re-iterate, you are welcome to ask for as many additional images as you like!

Under what circumstances can I cancel my order?

If you have placed your order, and feel a sudden change of heart, you can still cancel your order if it has not shipped yet. We ship orders promptly, so a cancellation would need to be submitted very quickly to qualify. Once the order has shipped, it would fall under our return policy, and we do not accept returns (to understand why, please refer to our FAQ regarding returns).

If a listing says "Local Delivery Only" what does that mean?

Since we are an estate concierge service in the Seattle Metro Area, we often have collectible Art, Furnishings, and Home Decor that is too large for shipment. Therefore, we list those items for local delivery only, and provide touch-free safe delivery within King County.
If there is an item for "Local Delivery Only" that you are very interested in, but don't live locally, you can contact us to discuss separate payment for shipment or freight.

Can I consign some of my family collectibles with EstateTeam?

Absolutely! We can pick up collections of consignments locally in the Seattle/Bellevue Metro Area, and we accept shipments of consignments from across the United States. Collections can include quality vintage jewelry, stamps, coins, and more! Competitive consignment commissions paid. If you'd like to learn more, please reach out to our team! We'd be happy to answer any of your questions. Please visit our website: to learn more about what we do.
