1 su 5 stelleBeautiful item was destroyed by lousy seller, who put this item in small self made box, did not use tape to secure the item inside the box. I received several items from other shops, they all took very good care, double boxed item, make sure that item was secured inside the box. In this case figurine lost its arm. Beautiful piece is destroyed. Do not buy from them!!!!!!!

The box was not self made and the pictures you posted clearly show that the box was smashed while in transit. All you had to do was reach and I have all my items insured in case something like this happened. I package all my items with care, the box was purchased from Amazon and I use a lot of bubble wrap, and paper I do not spare resources. Thanks for your such kind words and lack of communication please do not shop here again. Have the day you deserve.
