Hi Valerie, Each of my pieces are made by hand, by me, after each order, and my shop header clearly states my lengthy production time. I AM behind on production right now, but I have been in communication with you, twice, and have never heard back. Your necklace is in the final stage of creation and slated to ship in two days, but instead I'm going to initiate a full refund to you, since you are not interested in communicating with me and instead leaving a negative public remark. I've had 100% positive feedback for 13 years and hundreds of sales, if you simply took the time to look back OR just read and respond to my communications, this all could have been avoided.

5 out of 5 starsGreat seller who really cares about the details. She reached out to me to check the sizing due to the width of the bands as a stack. I appreciated this; it ensured a perfect fit. The ring set is also beautifully made. Bezel setting something like a trilobite fossil is trickier than the average cab, and the setting job is flawless. It’s gorgeous! I’ll wear it everywhere!
