Welcome to Esther and Harper, an online collection of vintage home decor, curated by shop owner Krystal Jean Masson. The shop specializes in vintage furniture and accessories for the home.

Cancelation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of purchase.

Your purchase indicates that you agree with all of our policies.

Please send us your combined rate inquiry prior to purchase and include the items you are interested in, as well as the zip code of your shipping address.


The shop always ships to the address specified on the Etsy invoice. If you need an item shipped to a different address, please contact the shop at the time of sale.


All items are shipped on Friday of each week. If you need an item to arrive promptly, Esther and Harper will happily accomodate overnight or expedia shipping. Please contact the shop prior to purchase.

We are not responsible for postal transit times. If you are having an order sent to a P.O. box please contact us in advance as additional charges may apply.


Canada: 7-10 days
United States: 4-7 days
International: 12 days or longer


The shop ships all items (with the exception of larger items and furniture) within the USA and Internationally using the carriers USPS, or FedEx.


We ship worldwide, please contact us with your location. International customers are responsible for customs/duties fees and complying with their countries laws and regulations for shipment.


Most orders are fully insured. when an item includes insurance, it will be stated in the listing. Otherwise, it does not include insurance. If you would like to include insurance to protect your investment please contact the shop prior to purchase.

All orders totalling over $150 will automatically be shipped with signature delivery at no extra charge.


We are not responsible for damaged, lost or unclaimed/returned parcels. If your order arrives damaged please contact the shop within 48 hours of delivery and keep all of the materials and packaging. We may require additional information or photos to pursue a claim. It is also possible that the shipping carrier will come to retrieve the package in order to proceed with a claim. All claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. We cannot pursue a claim after 48 hours.

Damage claims must be made and reported through Esther and Harper, not the shipping company. Damage claims are handled between Esther and Harper and the shipping company. Esther and Harper will file a claim on your behalf. However, the buyer is responsible for providing proof of the damage, missing, or loss and following up with the claim. Packages most remain with the customer in order to pursue a claim. Shipping this item back to Esther and Harper forgoes your initial insurance agreement with the shipping company. If you have any questions, please contact us directly and not the shipping company. Refunds on damages parcels, unclaimed packages or returned may take up to 30 days or longer.


If an item returns as an unclaimed/returned package for any reason we are not responsible for any shipping fees and the item will be relisted without refund unless the buyer asks for item to be reshipped at their own expense. Customers are responsible for all custom/duty fees and documents that may be associated with shipment including providing tax ids, brokers and any other supporting documents or fees needed for customs.

Please note that all sales on vintage items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on items). We describe and photograph our items to the best of our ability. All lighting and electronics are tested and sold as-is. All measurements are approximate. As each piece is vintage, the buyer is responsible for ensuring each piece is up to safety codes, standards and regulations in your country before use.
