Accepted payment methods
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay using any credit card through PayPal.
Payments should be made within 2 days of purchase. If payment isn't received during this time, We reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Contact us if you have any delays with your payment.
All fragile items will be bubbled wrapped and sufficiently packaged.
Insurance is not included in our shipping price so if you would like to add Insurance and/or Confirmation to your order you certainly are welcome to do so, for an extra shipping charge. Please contact us if this is the case.
International customers are responsible for any customs charges and service fees for their respective countries, unfortunately we do not have any control over your country's customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.
However, if for any reason you should find your item was not as described, please get in touch within 28 days to discuss the possibility of a return/refund.
Your items must be returned in optimum re-saleable condition.
If your returned item is not in acceptable condition your refund will be refused and return shipping will not be paid for.
What happens if I don't receive my item?
Please bear in mind that your order is shipping from the United Kingdom.
If you live outside of the UK I would not consider an item to be 'missing' until at least 21 working days have passed since shipping.
Unfortunately, upon occasion, items do go missing in the post, Etch Attic is not responsible for this.
If your item is missing, do let us know and we will provide you with all of the information necessary for you to make a claim through your local post office. If your local postal service is unreliable or you regularly do not receive your mail please consider purchasing additional shipping insurance and tracking when making a purchase.
