5 out of 5 starsThese wings are ABSOLUTELY FANTABULOUS! You wear them like a backpack, they are light, extremely flexible, you can take your hands out and let them hang while you do stuff. Perfect for the renaissance faire. Wore them all day and danced in them. I will say that one part of the glue on the left wing came undone midday and at the end of the day the fabric was un-gluing on the plastic, but I was dancing quite vigorously and moving a lot. The damage was not visible during my time there and although I've been busy and haven't gotten to it, I think fixing the wings should be easy! These things are seriously durable. Wind-resistant, water-resistant (that was tested when I was splashed with water). They even dragged in the sand/leaves a lot when I would sit or let go of them. The sand easily came right off! LOVE these wings!

Shipping
Products are on stock or are created for order. Please contact us to clarify the time of production.
The processing time of the order normally takes 3-5 days after payment, it depends on the availability of stock (you should contact a manager) and workload of production.
Processing time includes the inspection of the product for the conformity of quality, crush test, supplementation according to the list of the standard delivery set of the corresponding product, packaging, and transfer of the product to the courier for shipping.
If the product is made to order, then it will be shipped immediately after 1-3 days of control testing. Time of production may differ, on average, it may be 3-40 days, depending on the availability of all components in the warehouse, the complexity of the product, the selected shipping option (delayed shipment), the workload of production.

🛒 SHIPPING (GENERAL):
Delivery is carried out in many different ways. Approximately shipment takes 3 to 35 business days to reach destination countries.
The most economical and fast shipping service is EMS, in which case delivery may take up to 14 days, but in practice no more than a week. If it’s necessary, we can send purchase expedited service DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT. In this case, the shipping costs 3-5 times more expensive but can be reached in 2-7 days.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the parcel and delivery address and will be added to the cost of the product.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other issues.

We have the option of delivery courier-technician for large orders, after the delivery, the technician can instruct the customer on all technical issues and participate in the first show - as technical staff. Customer pays shipping and residential expanses of the technician as well as ensure its housing. Details are included in the delivery of an additional agreement to the main contract.

Production time:
Our company is not very big - and we can not produce a lot of products. We have completely manual work - for this reason we have limits. All goods are produced from 2 to 7 working days. But there is a production line. If you have limited time - please contact us.
Quality Assurance
Our products are made by professionals and meets all quality requirements. We use high-quality components and proven process technologies. That is why we give a guarantee of workmanship. After producing each product undergoes quality control - which reduces production errors to minimum. Nevertheless, we are not responsible for transport companies and can not guarantee the functionality of the product after delivery. In this case, we have a program of maintenance and replacement . Additionally, in some products use sophisticated accessories that can come into disrepair over time, in such cases we deliver a repair kit to each product.
All our products have a guarantee of build quality. This guarantee allows you to replace or to get a repair cost compensation when it detects failures associated with the original assembly or the original integrity of components used.
Types of faults that fall under warranty:
- short circuit associated with failure during the manufacturing of LED
- short circuit associated with the quality of the soldering
- damage associated with transportation - including mechanical damage (breakage data fall under the warranty during the first three days after receipt of the unit) , to confirm the damage you must provide us the video unpacking the product and its initial switching on.
The warranty does not fall under the following types of faults:
- mechanical, electrical and thermal damage to the wires , diodes , soldering , insulation and foundation for the shawl.
- damage caused by improper use of products.

1 “How can I pay?”
- After placing an order automatically you can pay with PayPal or you can choose payment method “other” and we will contact with you to help you to choose better payment option for you. We provide Credit Card Payment, Bank Transfer, Money Transfer.
2 “I need this item urgently!!”
- For urgent orders we can offer first class shipping, which may take 3-7 days depending on your shipping address. So please if you have an urgent order - contact with us and we will provide you all available variants for your delivery address.
3 “Can I have a discount?”
- We provide discounts for large orders or for our regular customers, as well as a discount can be provided, when paying through bank transfer. This method of payment is the least expensive for our company, so we can provide this discount.
4 “Can you make something upon my own desire”
- Yes, we can. As we are manufactures we can embody any of your ideas into reality! Moreover, we have young and promising designer, who will be happy to create a unique product for you.
5 “How do I know if a costume will suit me or not?
- All our goods have a dimensional table (except for dimensionless goods). On this table you can easily determine your size or contact us and we will help you. Also, if you want a suit by individual measures - no problem, contact us and we will send you a table with dimensions. You will need to fill it according to your size, send it to us and we, as manufacturers, will sew a suit according to your individual size.
6 “When I will receive my order?”
- Automatically in your order is included air mail shipping - it’s our local shipping service takes up to 35 days to ship worldwide. If you have an urgent order - please contact with us and we will provide you all available delivery options.
7 “It’s past a long time, but I still didn’t received my order”
- Please check if you haven’t chosen delayed shipping option - some our items have delayed shipping what means that time production will take 30-40 days (depending on item) and only then we ship your order. Also if your item is made to order - as all items are handmade our workshop will need some time to make it. Time production varies and depend on item complexity and workload of our workshop. Please before placing an order check with us needed time production for your item.
8 “Why is my tracking number not updated for a long time?”
- All provided shipping services have a tracking number, but not all shipping services fixate each point of the parcel's stay. And usually there is no information between “Send item abroad” and “Item arrived at country of destination”. So once parcel was sent abroad it will need some time to reach your country. And once your parcel will reach your country you will see this in your tracking information. Anyway if any difficulties arise, write to us and we will help you to sort things out.
9 “Do you provide sponsorship?”
- Unfortunately no. We are not big company in Europe and at the moment we don’t have opportunities and resources for sponsorship. But somewhere in future we can do that!
10 “Can I pay after receiving my order or pay last part of payment after receiving an item?”
- Unfortunately according to the legislation of our country and rules of our company all orders must be fully paid before shipping!
