Welcome to Eternal Ephemera. Gorgeous handmade jewelry using resin, silk, wool, fibers, sterling silver, porcelain, glass and other wonderful things. Also fine art prints and other unusual items that will be listed soon.

Eternal Ephemera is the shop front for Emma Greens's small artist studio in Sydney, Australia. I am particularly attracted by ephemeral moments of existence and seek to capture the experience, concepts, memories and sensations in little patches of eternity.

I started making jewellery about 5 years ago and Im just starting to share some of my work with fellow Etsy lovers. My designs incorporate many different techniques, sculpture, fusing, weaving, carving, casting and metalwork among other things.

Please feel free to send me a convo if you have any questions or a special color, sizing or design request. Im also interested in collaborative works so please dont hesitate to contact me if you have a particular project in mind.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
Payment should be made at the time of purchase unless special arrangements have been made. I will hold orders for 1 day. Please contact me to make special arrangements or if you need more time to pay.

If I haven’t received payment or a convo after 3 days, I reserve the right to cancel the order and return the item to my shop inventory.

I accept payment through PayPal only, an online payment service that also accepts Visa and MasterCard. It is possible to pay by cheque through PayPal, but please be aware I will not despatch your item until payment has cleared. I have had one case where the 'echeque' took 10 days to clear, the purchaser wasnt in a hurry fortunately. It is also possible to pay using PayPal directly from a bank account. I personally prefer to use my credit card for my own purchases, but the option is there if you choose to use it.

International orders must be paid through Pay Pal. No allowance or refund will be given on any custom fees in any circumstance.

Custom fees for orders will be due in advance before you receive your item from the organisation who looks after customs payments in your country. As far as I am aware if this payment is required in your country it will be a transaction done directly between you and your countries customs office.
Shipping
My normal postage fees do not cover insurance - please contact me before payment if you would like to insure your package for delivery. If items are lost or damaged in transit and are uninsured I will not be held responsible. As far as I am aware adding insurance to your order also enables parcel tracking.

Items are shipped Monday to Friday, Items are usually shipped the following working day after payment is received. International orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment except on weekends. Please be advised that once international orders leave Australia I have no control over how long the foreign mail will take. If you require your item sooner than my normal delivery time frame please contact me BEFORE your purchase and we can discuss other shipping arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOM FEES - The BUYER is responsible for all custom fees. I have no way of knowing what these fees are and will NOT reimburse custom fees under any circumstances. Any import duties, restrictions, fees or taxes required in your country are your responsibility.

All my items are carefully wrapped to survive the journey to your home.
Refunds and Exchanges
I have a four week satisfaction guarantee policy for returns. In order to qualify for the return refund (less shipping costs) you must contact me within 4 weeks of the original purchase date to discuss your situation. You then will need to send me the item to the arranged address (use Etsy convo to get my details) return postage (and insurance if you want to cover for postage damage) is at your expense and upon receipt of an undamaged item I will give you a refund for the item MINUS any shipping and insurance costs that I paid when the item was originally first sent to you.
