EternallyHooked's Shop Policies
Welcome to my shop and thank you for visiting. I truly value all of my customers and appreciate your business. The majority of the items made are custom orders but I am always open to other ideas for custom orders that you may not see on my website or Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/eternallyhooked).
Credit Cards and E-check payments are accepted through Paypal only. I do accept cash payments upon pickup for local orders. Canadians wishing to pay by cheque must pre-pay in order for cheques to clear.
*E-checks normally take 3-5 days to clear
*Items do not ship until all payments clear
ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER. Currently there is a minimum of 3 weeks (21 days) before an item is shipped but may take 4-6 weeks, if you have ANY questions, please message me prior to ordering. Please be advised that this time line does not include the actual shipping time.
RUSH ORDERS are available for a $10 additional charge.
*Canadian Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times can vary anywhere from 2-9 days throughout the country. The shipping and delivery times are an estimate only.
*USA Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and normally take 3-5 days for delivery. The shipping and delivery times are an estimate only.
*International Orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS - orders are sent via air mail and noramlly take 10-21 to reach the desired country. Due to customs processing time, I do not guarantee any shipping/delivery dates for international orders.
**Shipping information is obtained from your contact information provided upon your Paypal Payment - PLEASE ensure that your information is correct and up to date.
An email notification will be sent upon shipment of your item which will contain your delivery confirmation number or US customs number if your package will be going to a destination outside of the Canada or the US.
Please note that USPS and Canada Post items cannot be tracked once they leave the US or Canada Customs.
**Please be advised that Non-Canadian/US customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes and customs fees that are assigned by your customs agent/local postal service. Eternally Hooked is not responsible for these fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
As all items are custom made by Eternally Hooked, SALES ARE FINAL BUT if an item is received and not the proper sizing or discussed color, exchanges are always welcome.
Please be advised that refunds will not be issued due to a wait time, the wait time is clearly indicated. Ensure to always read the shop policies prior to ordering.
