No, Etheric Eye will not process returns due to "buyer's remorse". We ask that you please think of your purchases thoroughly before checking out.

In the case your item comes damaged, contact us within 2 days of receiving your item and photo evidence of the damage is required. Once we approve a return, you must send us the item within 5 business days of us approving the return. All shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Etheric Eye will not refund any shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
