I reached out to Marisa and Casey about a bracelet I had purchased from them a few years ago that I lost while moving, to see if there was a slight chance they might have similar ones. Marisa went above and beyond with communicating with me and sent me a new one. She even let me know they could do custom stuff if I needed/wanted, and even threw in a few crystal goodies. I absolutely love my new bracelet and wear it 24/7. Amazing quality. Love these guys!
