Sara and Sarah owners of Etta + Odie grew up in the mountains of Western North Carolina and have always been inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds them. The excitement of opening their own business, the love of the outdoors and their artistic backgrounds inspired them to open Etta + Odie in 2015. Based in Asheville, North Carolina they design everything in their small studio and draw inspiration from their own travels and the beautiful Appalachian Mountains. Welcome to our shop and thank you so much for stopping by! We design and sell all things topography and nature inspired. Our products range from prints, to tote bags, to mugs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
Please let us know ASAP if you are not happy or if there is a problem with your order! We will strive to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds and exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Returns must be received in original condition and within 14 days after you have received the return address. If you wish to make a return you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

*We do not refund shipping cost if you would like a refund or return on the item*

*For international orders we only refund the about of the item if the item is damaged in transit. We will not replace the item or refund the cost of shipping.*

**Please note that, due to their nature, all custom orders are final.**

***If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.***
We accept credit cards and Etsy gift cards through direct checkout.
Items will be shipped via USPS and should arrive within 2-7 days once shipped for domestic orders.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for all international orders. Faster shipping can be requested.
*** If faster shipping is required, the buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping cost.
- Please inquire about adding insurance and tracking for an additional fee for international orders
- The buyer is responsible for customs fees, tax or duty that may be incurred during international shipping.

***Please make sure to double check the shipping address entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, the responsibility will fall on the buyer. If the package is returned to us, the buyer will need to pay for the extra shipping to send it to the correct address, and if it is lost due to an address error, a refund can't be given.

****Please message us if your item is damaged or lost (not due to an incorrect address) in the mail. In most cases, we will send a new item free of charge or issue a refund if a new item can't be sent.

Care instructions

Printing Digital Downloads-

1) Highest Quality- Take to your local print shop. Make sure they print from and Inkjet printer to get the highest quality image.

2) Mid-Range Quality- Take file to your local Kinkos or Staples and have them print for you. This is different than the self-service stations.

3) Most Convenient- Print at home or take file to print at Staples or Kinkos self-service stations.
