We make handcrafted soy candles in super small batches. Everything is in-house from the labels to the shipping. Our candles are made from amazing ingredients to help spread positive energy in your space.

COVID-19: As of now we are processing orders, but there may be delays.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
* Damaged Items: If an item is damaged in transit please take a photo (we will use it when contacting USPS) and we will honor a refund or an exchange. You do not have to mail the item back.

* Processing: The buyer has up to 14 days to request a return or exchange on qualifying items. Once the item has been received (we base the date off of when tracking says the item has been delivered). A refund will be honored within 1-7 business days, the buyer is, however, responsible for shipping fees. We recommend refusing the item when it is delivered so that it is shipped back to us. If you open the package, we cannot accept it if the gift wrapping is removed from the candle. Any exchanges will be shipped within 1-7 business days upon receiving the original item in its standard, gift-wrapped condition. We ask that all items be returned to the address below.

* Our Mistake: Any mix-ups made ie we ship the wrong item, a new item will be shipped out ASAP. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for us to respond to your message and messages sent over the weekend will not be addressed until Monday.

* Non Refundable Items:
- USED ITEMS or opened items
- Any custom orders
- Bulk orders (8 candles or more of the same item)
- Samples are non- returnable.
- We cannot refund an item if it is still in transit or stuck in customs. If you change your mind after the candle is shipped we recommend returning the package to the sender (us) as soon as it arrives for a full refund.
- We cannot do an exchange or return after 14 days of receiving the item (based on tracking)

* Lost or Stolen Items: If the order is not marked as delivered we will try to figure out why the tracking is not moving and it may result in a replacement item being shipped, the item will not be refunded because it is still in transit. This excludes items that are stuck in customs. If an order is marked as delivered we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order in the event that you do not receive it. If the tracking states that the item has arrived, it is now in your hands and the recommended course of action is contacting USPS to find the exact location of delivery. We will not contact USPS for you.

Shipping
PROCESSING:
Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Orders are processed on STANDARD BUSINESS days. We have a 2 to 5 day processing time. May have longer processing during peak season. Very large orders or custom orders may have extended processing times. There may be delays in processing in the event of a health or environmental crisis.

TRANSIT TIME:
Domestic shipping is about 2 to 5 days based on location. International orders may take up to 2 weeks. The transit time selected does not change th
e time required for processing. All orders receive tracking/ label number.

WEATHER DELAYS:
The weather may result in longer processing or transit times.

ADDRESS INFO & ADDRESS CHANGES:
Please double check that your address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be modified or changed. If an address change is required, please submit it within 24 hours. If the order is shipped before we receive/ read your message, even if it is with in that 24 hour period we cannot change the address, re-issue the item, or honor a refund. We recommend contacting USPS to have the address modified. If you no longer want the item, we have to receive the item before a refund can be issued.

If the buyer submits an address that Etsy does not recognize we use Etsy’s recommended shipping address. To prevent delays be sure that your address is correctly submitted and the names are on the correct address lines for example, if address line 1 states the street number and address line 2 the street name, this would be considered incorrect and Etsy may not recognize it.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES:
If you buy multiple items that need to be shipped to multiple addresses in ONE transaction the order cannot be split. Please do them in separate transactions. Shipping to multiple addresses require separate packages and the rates will vary based on weight and location, one shipping fee does not cover multiple addresses. No Exceptions.

SHIPPING FEE:
FREE Shipping on all US orders. Shipping is calculated by weight. If you buy multiple items, the package is heavier and will cost more.

Our listing images are the sole property of Etta Arlene and we do not permit them to be used by other people/ businesses.

Message responses can take up to 48 hours on BUSINESS DAYS. We do not ignore messages but it can take up to 48 hours for a response. Messages submitted over the weekend will be addressed on Monday.

**Any message that we deem offensive, harassing, attacking, verbally abusive, or just plain mean, will result in an immediate Order Cancellation. **

CANCELLATIONS:
The buyer can cancel an order if it has not been received & is not already shipped. If the order is in transit, stuck in customs, or has been delivered the item must be returned before we can issue a refund.
We will cancel orders if we feel a refund is the best route in resolving an order issue. In addition, if we feel personally attacked or that the customer can’t be please- the order will be canceled.

OPERATING HOURS:
M-F 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
We do not process orders on holidays.

CANDLE INFO:
Please keep your candle in a cool place. When the item is shipped during the summer months we recommend bringing it into the house immediately to protect the wax. We ask that our customers be careful when using our product. After all, it is an open flame and should not be close to anything flammable, near children, or on an unstable platform. Do not light for more than 4 hours at a time. If all of the wax is melted, blow the candle out. The glass on the candle can get hot, use with caution. If it looks like the candle is getting too hot or if the wick is too short blow the flame out!
Again, please use this product with care, never leave it unattended when lit.

SAFETY NOTICE:
Always burn with extreme care. Always burn on stable, fire-safe surfaces. Never leave candles unattended. Metal tins and candle glass get hot. Be careful when touching during and after the candle is lit. Risk of surface damage if lit for long periods of time. By purchasing this candle you acknowledge we are not liable for potential property damage and agree to safely and responsibly use the products.

ALLERGY INFO:
Please notify us if you could be allergic to any of the materials used in making the candle. We use standard coloring methods, soy wax, paraffin wax, cotton wicks, and premium fragrance oils. If you are allergic to anything that could potentially be in this candle do not buy.
