So very pleased with this purchase. I love these two dolls and I am thrilled with the quality of their construction.

So very pleased with this purchase. I love these two dolls and I am thrilled with the whimsy in their faces, and the quality of the quality of their construction.

I LOVE Elspeth!!! Was going to use her in a wreath, but now I don't know if I can part with her. She is so unusual, adorable, and well made. Thanks so much for an awesome transaction too. Barb

About

Who is Ettin Pocky?

I suppose some have wondered what or who Ettin Pocky is, and this is the story . . . . Evalyn Annabelle, my grandma, was a little girl with big brown eyes in the 1930s. She'd been orphaned by her mother and living in a Childrens Home. A great man by the name of Parker adopted my grandma and thereby she became Evalyn Parker. But that was a lot of name for a girl of such small size. The way she spoke it was "Ettin Pocky." My grandma's girlhood name became the name my mother and I chose for our shop name in the early 1990s. Grandma and Mother in 1942 are pictured on my shop banner . . . . So "Welcome" to my Etsy shop! A little here and a little there. My first love is doll-making which I've been doing for about 20 years. I also enjoy sewing aprons and bags. My first interest in art was in drawing and painting.
