Mary Anna's Crochet

My husband had a business he has for several years. When economy took a turn for the worst, it almost put my family in bankruptcy. I really wanted to stay home with the kids and not go to work. I decided that I want to do something that made people happy, and decided on my crochet business.

My Etsy shop philosophy is simple; offer quality, affordable prices accompanied by outstanding customer service. I want to express my thanks and gratitude to you for being my valued customer.

I’ve decided that while my business is important to me, my family needs more attention.
My husband, Raymond, is coming on board to help me with the various aspects of my little Etsy shop because it gets a bit crazy with only me at the wheel.

Thanks for visiting my shop. Etvy creates hand crochet items for photo prop babies.

All of my crocheting is with acrylic yarn. All items are comfortable and breathable. I do a custom order if you see something and want it in another size, or color, just ask!

All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home and are shipped from United States.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If there is an issue with the item, I do ask that you contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please make sure you order the correct item/size before you complete your order. Otherwise, all sales are deemed final and no returns or exchanges shall be granted. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

I am not not responsible for orders getting lost in the mail and will not give refunds for orders lost unless your order shipped insured.

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. If the item is not returned in the same condition as it was received, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM BACK WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET A REFUND, USING TRACKED SHIPPING. THIS MUST BE DONE ONCE YOU ARE ASKED TO RETURN THE ITEM BACK.
Payment
Accept all major credit cards through Etsy and Etsy gift cards, and PayPal.

Order Cancellations on Etvy: ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
Shipping
Processing time for made to order item varies throughout the year based on sales volume.

During peak season orders can take up to 3 weeks. Please place your order well in advance if possible.

If you need a rush order please contact me to see if I am able to accommodate you. Rush Orders are available for a fee.

At Etvy, I am responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once it reaches the post office it is no longer under my control. I ship via USPS First-Class Mail with tracking. Insurance IS NOT included, but I am happy to add it on. To purchase insurance, please email me prior you place your order and I will let you know the price and adjust your invoice. All purchases are insured through USPS Insurance Services.

If you decide to not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS, I am not responsible nor can I offer a refund. I will not be held responsible for late parcels.

No orders are shipped on Sundays, or holidays.

Orders will be delayed if they don't have the correct shipping address. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PROVIDE THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, I WILL NEED TO SEND YOU A BILL TO COVER THE COST OF RE-SHIPMENT.

Combined shipping discounts will be given when items can be shipped together. Please note any package over 13 oz has to be shipped Priority Mail. You (customer) will have to pay postage due.

I do not include receipts or invoices with any orders that I ship. If you should need a copy for your records, you can find them on Etsy to print.
Additional policies and FAQs
Once you purchase an item from my shop your are solely responsible for the safety of your little one. I do my best to make sure everything is securely attached but accidents do happen.

Some products may contain small parts which can pose a choking hazard. Please do not leave small children unattended while they are wearing any of my items.

Please note that the colors may appear different in person than on your screen due to computer monitor projections and photo lighting.

All of my items are unique and no two items are alike because they are handmade and there will be a slight difference, but it should not be noticeable.

The size chart that i used is based on the average child that age. Please remember not every child is the same.
