Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We only accept returns on damaged goods/products. If there is a mutual agreement on a return, buyer MUST pay shipping fees AND a 30% restocking fee. Any and all returns/exchanges must be within 7 days of product delivery. Once we receive the return/exchange, it will be inspected for potential damage while in buyer’s care prior to sending out any refunds/exchanges.
I have not received my package but a tracking number was provided
If a tracking number was provided and it shows acceptance by the postal service, that means your package was mailed off. Lost packages, wrong delivery addresses, wrong delivery to another destination is not the responsibility of the seller. Once it leaves us and is excepted by the US Postal Service, we are not longer responsible for it. We can do our best to help guide you in locating the package, but other than that, we cannot do much else.
Can I return an item based on color of a product?
No. Please look at all the photos on the website before purchasing. Take into consideration that we all have varying opinions about colors. Take note of lighting in photos as well as air exposure time (genuine leather, etc). We have done a great job providing photos as well as video (as requested) when it comes to our products.
