Through our relationships with designers from all around the world, Euphoria London brings designer handbags for every occasion.
We strive to achieve a high level of customer service and most items in our store are ready to ship so you can be sure to get your item quickly! We aim to post orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We also welcome custom orders. Just let us know your requirements and we are sure we can work together to create exactly what you want.
If you would like to purchase an item please pay immediately so that your order can be dispatched. Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchasing your order. After 24 hours your sale will be canceled for non payment.
Payment methods we accept are PayPal, including all major Credit and Debit cards.
We would like to make your purchase as smooth as possible so if you have any difficulties making a payment please get in touch so that we can assist as much as possible.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail after payment is received. We ship Monday through Friday, usually within 24 hours of receiving your order for hand bags already made. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
Custom orders are welcome and depending on the order, we will let you know how long it will take to make. If there are any delays in shipping we will get in touch.
We ship to PayPal addresses so please get in touch if you like your order sent elsewhere.
For all United Kingdom orders:
Parcels are sent by 1st class mail and usually take 1 to 2 business days to reach you after they are mailed.
For all United States orders:
Parcels are sent by Airmail. Items usually take 7 to 10 business days to reach you after they are mailed.
For all "Everywhere Else" orders:
We ship WORLDWIDE! Timescales vary according to country.
No matter where in the world you are, if you require your purchase urgently, please get in touch so that we can ensure your requirements are met. For all urgent courier parcels we use DHL which usually delivers within 3 days of mailing to anywhere in the world. Please get in touch for a quote if you would like this option.
For an additional charge, we can insure your parcel so you can be sure it reaches you safely. Get in touch for you would like more details.

Refunds and Exchanges
Every product in our store is unique and due to the handmade nature may have minor imperfections. Please do not consider these as flaws and appreciate that they are handmade.
Sometimes the color of the item in the photo may differ very slightly to the product you receive, this is solely due to the natural lighting that the photo was taken in.
We strive to achieve a high level of customer service so if you are unhappy for any reason, please get in touch so we can work together to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
We will happily exchange your product if you are dissatisfied. Custom orders are non-refundable.
