My aim is to give my customers a chance to get involved in the design of their new stained glass item. Due to personal choices your item will be a one off.
You can choose which design you like or elements of different designs or perhaps you might just have a thought in your head of what you would like. I will work with you using illustrations to get that thought crafted into a thing of stained glass beauty.
You can choose to have your item any size or shape you want. All designs can be altered to different shapes.
I have a vast range of around 80 colours for you to choose combinations of which will be able to match or tone in with any decor.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately if items are bespoke i can't refund if you just change your mind as the item is personal to you.
If items are bought straight out of my shop then we can talk about the reason for refund. I haven't had reason to refund any items in the last 10 years.
Payment
I can accept payment via Etsy, Paypal, cheque, postal order or Moneygram.
I do need to receive payment before i begin work on items due to the fact that they are often bespoke.
You can cancel your order up until the point i have began crafting it.
I offer 10% off to returning customers and off the cheaper item if you are purchasing more than one. I am new to Etsy so not sure how that works yet but i can refund through Paypal.
Shipping
I mostly use a next day courier delivery service. I will contact you to arrange a good day for you. Unfortunately the weekends are out because delivery costs for couriers almost double for weekend deliveries.
If items are larger i tend to use a specialist fragile courier company.
If items are damaged then i will need to see pictures so i can see what happened. I will of course replace at no cost to yourself.
Additional policies and FAQs
Items are strung at the back with strong picture cord ready to be hung onto your wall. I don't generally advise about hanging as i don't know the condition of peoples walls. Items can be quite heavy but in saying that i have a 3 x 4 foot framed mirror hanging on my wall on 2 x two nail picture hooks side by side. An option could be to buy a mirror hanging kit from a diy store and use Rawl plugs.
