Refunds generally not available but it will be evaluated case by case.

Payment
Shipping
- we ship all over the world
- we ship within 1-3 business days from date of order (can vary just in holidays or special times). This is valid only if payement has been done using Paypal
- we cannot guarantee fast shipping when Etsy Payment/Direct Checkout is used.
- shipping costs are intended as "Priority Registered Mail" (with tracking number included) if nothing else is specified in the item description.
- the "Priority Registered Mail" is not always directly delivered at home but, depending on size, a notice could be left by postman and you'll have to go to post office to take your packet. The "Priority Parcel" instead is always delivered at home but it costs more so I choose the cheapest option as standard. Simply ask if you want to upgrade your shipping.
- shipping cost includes packaging and handling the item.
- just in some case (+100$) the shipping price can automatically include also the insurance.
- it's your responsibility to know about and pay any and all taxes or duties that your country may charge you at delivery. I have no control over these charges, as they are between you and your local government.
- if your country is not listed, please send us a message before buying. In some case the shipping costs for some country are the same as the "main" continent, but it's impossible to add all countries.
- the delivery times are usually fast (they can vary from 5 to 10 business days) but in special periods and/or other uncontrollable factors (es. special custom checks) delivery times can became slower and go even up to 30 days or more.
