Shipping

I can ship to anywhere in the world. Please note that packages received outside the EU may be subject to custom fees and taxes, and are the buyer's responsibility.

Smaller linens are shipped by priority registered letter which requires a signature upon delivery. Please note that not all countries (including the US and Canada) offer tracking once the letter leaves Poland. In some cases, particularly the US, priority registered letters may take 30 days (or more) to reach their destination.

Larger linens and orders are shipped as priority packets or parcels. Tracking to all countries is available.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 4 to 10 working days
North America: 14 to 36 working days
Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 36 working days
Asia: 10 to 30 working days
Africa: 10 to 30 working days

Additional policies and FAQs

Missing deliveries: I can only file a claim with my post office 36 days after a registered letter, packet or parcel has been sent. Polish Post then has 3 months to address the claim and track the missing item. Please note that I am unable to issue a refund until I receive a reply to my claim. If you are unhappy or uncomfortable with this, please do not make a purchase.
