Shipping
POSTAGE
We aim to post all items within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Australia Post advises that international deliveries can take UP TO 2 weeks.

REGISTERED POST / EXPRESS POST
We do not send registered post as this makes postage a lot more expensive.

If you would like your items sent registered post, express post etc please advise and I will let you know the extra amount - this price will range from $30 AUD to $60 AUD.

If your item does not arrive please contact me to negotiate a resolution.

DAMAGED ARRIVALS
If the item arrives damaged - I have (at significant cost to me) in the past replaced items that arrived damaged in the post. I'm so sorry but I can no longer do this unless I raise the prices of all my items - which is not fair for everyone - or start charging registered/insured post which significantly raises the price of postage. Please do not leave negative feedback if something arrives damaged in the mail as this is something I really can't control...I often wish I could personally deliver my products to all the exotic destinations I send them too...need to win the lottery for that one to come true ;)

If you would like to protect your purchases from damage in the mail - I am happy to organise registered post or upgrade the packaging to eliminate breakages. Upgraded packaging means that instead of sending it in a CD sized cardboard box (standard), I will package the item in a small box with additional packaging material to cushion it from impact. Packages will be sent as a package instead of a letter which also means they are handled differently and don't go through letter sorting machines etc. The cost of sending items this way is approximately AUD$15 internationally and $8 in Australia. Please let me know asap so I can organise this.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our main goal!

If the item has not yet been posted we are happy to offer a full refund regardless of your reason.

All items are double checked before posting. If you are unhappy for any reason at all, please contact me so I can work with you to make sure all is well.

If you change your mind after an item has been posted we will only refund if an item is returned in the unopened inner packaging (usually a plastic or paper envelope). Please note the cost of postage is your responsibility.

What if something breaks?
If something breaks within the first 3 months - contact me asap!!! I'm happy to come up with an appropriate resolution. I try to use the best materials I can source (and am always researching) and I make many samples which I myself test to ensure quality. I have some pairs of earrings and a necklace which I have been wearing for over a year now.
