About me and my shop... the behind Eve Of Joy...I have always loved the creation process from beginning idea to finished piece. To see something in your mind and make it real, to hold it and share it with others, is truly something I cherish and appreciate. Each item found in my shop is a part of myself and personal to me. Each piece I create, is something I would love to have and would be thrilled to receive as a gift!
I am so proud of what Eve Of Joy has become. I began Eve Of Joy in early 2013 with three daughters under the age of two (twin mama!). It soon became my "me time" and quickly became a passion and true love. EOJ grew, as have my daughters, who just recently started kindergarten and the twins are in second grade! I am truly blessed on every level. I strive to provide the best quality and experience to my etsy customers while being an example to my daughters of what a strong, dedicated, hardworking, Mom Boss who is capable of achieving anything! I hope to one day help them achieve their dreams, as I have been so fortunate to have found mine...
I'm often asked how my shop name came about... Eve Of Joy: My daughters are my greatest gifts, my biggest accomplishment, the most amazing thing I've ever done, my heart on the outside. Evelyn, Olivia, and Juliet. E.O.J. = Eve Of Joy... they are my joy and even though everyday is the best, I know the best is yet to come... each night is the eve of the next joyful day.

Due to the nature of the items for sale, all sales are final. Of course, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, from beginning to end, please contact me immediately. Your satisfaction is my number one goal.
I do not accept returns on custom pieces. Please ask any questions prior to ordering and I will do my best to ask you as well!

Shipping
All orders totaling $250 and over will have complimentary signature confirmation. Please let me know if you would like any additional services such as insurance as these will be extra charges.
All purchases are carefully packaged using only quality shipping materials to ensure a safe arrival.
***For International Buyers***
All my international shipments are made via USPS International 1st Class. The buyer will be responsible for any and all custom charges. Each country is different so please check with your local post office if you would like more information regarding your countries guidelines. I will put an accurate amount on the customs form. International packages will have a customs number for tracking within the US only. Once it leaves the US, the tracking is not door to door. This means you and I can only see when the package left the US. If you would like any other shipping method, please let me know and I can give you a quote.
Additional policies and FAQs
If your item is hand stamped, please know each letter is hammered individually into the silver plate so it may not be perfectly aligned - which is the beauty of the creation! Please HAND WASH your items as this will prolong the look of the lettering.
GIFTS - I am happy to ship directly to gift recipients and include a complimentary gift note. Please leave your requests in the note to seller box during the Etsy checkout process.
