Tracking shows delivered, but you do not have the item

Rarely a package will show as delivered on tracking when it hasn't been. Sometimes it will show up in your mailbox within a day or two. If it remains missing within a few days, please check with other family members, neighbors and your postal carrier to see if someone took in the package and forgot to tell you or the carrier remembers where they left it. If it is still missing, contact me. Together we will try to find out where it is. We will file a report with USPS for lost or stolen mail and you may be asked to file a police report if it was deemed stolen.

Custom and personalized orders

Do you see an item or design you love but envision it slightly different or more personalized? Just message the shop and we will work together to create something you love!

Additional fonts/colors

Almost all shop items can be further customized to a different font, color, etc. Message the shop your vision and we will do our best to bring it to life!

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of most of our shop items we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If an item is received damaged please let us know within 5 business days of receipt so we can assist you in filing a USPS claim for the shipping damage.
