I accept payment via PayPal, including all major credit cards, debit cards, and eChecks. I do not accept cashiers checks, money orders, or regular checks as payment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you pay by eCheck through PayPal, your order will not ship until the payment has cleared. PayPal will notify both of us by email when this has happened.

I offer flat rate shipping based on your destination country. So whether you purchase one item, or five, you'll only pay one flat rate.

All standard mail orders ship 1 to 3 business days via USPS (United States Postal Service) from the date of purchase unless otherwise indicated above. A business day is Monday through Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday, and all US holidays as recognized by the USPS.
US SHIPPING UPGRADES
USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 Business Days in Transit
USPS Express Mail - 1 to 2 Business Days in Transit - Signature Required
Both Priority and Express orders will ship out as soon as possible in the order they are received, usually within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise stated above. Orders placed with upgrades on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a postal holiday, will NOT ship out until Monday or one of the following business days.
Orders that are worth $150 USD or more with shipping charges will REQUIRE a signature on delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.
I ship all standard mail orders via USPS First Class Mail to the address indicated on PayPal. Please double check to make sure that it is the correct address. Orders shipped in the United States will have USPS tracking included automatically. The USPS quotes delivery estimates of 2 to 5 business days for this method. These are not guaranteed delivery dates, only estimates.
You will receive your USPS Tracking number via an Etsy shipping notification email. You can also find this information on your order invoice.
I ship all orders via USPS First Class International Mail to the address indicated on your Etsy Invoice. Please double check to make sure that is the correct address. Transit times can be anywhere from 10 business days up to 8 weeks or more depending on the destination country, customs passage, and various other factors like weather, holidays, and postal strikes.
It is your responsibility to know your country's import rules and regulations. Since you are importing foreign goods into your country, you may be charged VAT (value added tax) and/or customs duty. These charges are at the discretion of your country's government and are not an additional shipping cost I have imposed.
Additionally, please don't ask me to claim your order as a gift or alter the true value on the customs declaration form, to avoid paying VAT or customs duty. It is illegal for me to do so.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
If your order is taking longer to arrive than what is indicated above based on your location, you should first contact your delivering post or customs office and provide them with your tracking number in the US or Customs Declaration number internationally. They should be able to help you track it down or give you more information on what might be causing the hold up. If that doesn't pan out, please let me know and I will work with you and the USPS to figure out what may be causing the hold up.
OLD OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
You are responsible for providing a correctly formatted and current address. If an incorrect or old address is provided and the package is returned to me, you are responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have it resent. Further, if a package is sent to an old address and shows delivery, it is your responsibility to collect it from the old address. Refunds will only be provided if the package is returned and you no longer want your order. Original shipping fees will not be refunded in either case.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Earrings are NOT returnable for hygienic purposes, but if there is an issue, please let me know right away.
Please notify me through Etsy or email me directly BEFORE you ship the return. If you return without contacting me first and/or ship it after the allowed 14 business day return window, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Any returns after 30 days will be refused.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. I urge that all returned orders be sent with USPS Tracking or an equivalent tracking feature. I will not issue a refund for an order until I've received the returned item in the mail and have inspected the condition.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have any questions, please message me on Etsy first. I generally respond within 24 hours to all questions. If your looking for a large quantity of an item, it may take up to 48 hours for me to respond, so I can gather all pertinent information.
Additionally, if you convo me on a Saturday or Sunday, I may not respond until Monday. If it is time sensitive and/or an order related issue, I will do my best to respond as soon as I possibly can. For order related issues, please include your name and order number.
I do not give away items for review or accept trades at this time. I do offer quantity discounts on orders of 5 or more of the same item. Message me for details.
