Handmade Event Design

Event Design Shop was created by Gabrielle Green. In February of 2011 she decided to pursue event design, and in May of 2011 she introduced her designs and opened shop. She found almost instant success, making event design a career. In just over a year she’s sold thousands of items, all uniquely designed and handmade at her Louisville, KY studio. Gabrielle's designs have been shipped to countries all over the world including Australia, Italy, Greece, Malta, the Philippines, France, England, Scotland, and Canada. She’s worked with hundreds of brides and event planners to create distinctive events, and she looks forward to creating many more.

In December of 2011 Gabrielle welcomed her dad to the business by naming him master craftsman. As master craftsman Bobby fabricates many of Gabrielle’s custom wood designs, and has created a few of his own in his woodworking shop. He enjoys the unique tasks presented to him every day, and the challenge of creating a new project.

I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

You do NOT need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of purchase and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
Shipping
REGULAR SHIPPING TIMES:
All items are shipped through USPS within 10 business days of your payment clearing.

I offer faster shipping and insurance at an additional charge. Please contact me for details.

All orders ship to the address given during Etsy checkout. If you would like your items shipped to a different address please make note of this during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any issues with your order please contact me so that I can resolve them as soon as possible. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase I am happy to offer an even exchange or store credit for the purchase price only, and will not refund shipping costs on items that have already shipped. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING ITEM. Buyer pays return shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS:

My custom items include paper and felt garlands, and chalkboard signs. I create custom sizes, shapes, colors, and quantities of hanging chalkboard signs, table top signs, and wedding table numbers.

PLEASE PLACE CUSTOM ORDERS AT LEAST 21 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING OR EVENT.

- Custom orders usually ship within 14 days of purchase unless special materials are needed.
- Custom orders must be paid in full before any work is started. Once the item has been purchased, I will gladly arrange to forward a proof for your review and approval.

If you make a request for a custom listing please purchase it as soon as possible so that I can begin working on your order. If I do not receive your order and payment 14 days prior to the date that it is needed, I will have to charge a rush order fee.

RUSH ORDERS:
I am able to rush custom orders.
- For customers who require items in under 2 weeks, an additional fee of 30% of the item total will be charged.
- For customers who require items in under 1 week, an additional fee of 35% of the item total will be charged.

**IMPORTANT**
The items in my shop are for adult use only and intended for decorative purposes; they are not toys, and are NOT safe for use by children or infants.
