Thank you for stopping by my shop! Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Please note that due to differing camera, computer monitors, and the like...sometimes shades/tones of items could differ slightly, therefore I try hard to describe items well and to take pics in natural light for the best reference.

Payment
I would rather have payment via Paypal, due to speed and safety, but I will also accept checks and money orders. Please understand that if you pay with a check/money order/ or e-check via paypal, I will not ship your item until the funds clear into my account. I will send you a notification as soon as that occurs.

If you pay with PayPal, payment is REQUIRED within 72 hours of purchase.
Shipping
I will ship your purchase to your address listed at PAYPAL unless otherwise noted in the Message to Seller section during checkout. PLEASE make sure the addressess at etsy and paypal match!

Orders within the USA will ship within 2-3 business days of payments being made. International orders will be mailed out twice weekly, so if you need to make arrangements for faster shipping or would like shipping upgraded, PLEASE contact me prior to purchase and I will do my best to accommodate your wishes. Please note that there may be delays due to weekends and holidays!!

Items will ship via first class mail or ground shipping through the USPS to save shipping costs to the customer. If you need any extras such as priority upgrades, insurance or tracking numbers, please convo me and we can add those costs into your item.

I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. If your item is lost, damaged, or delivered at a later date, PLEASE understand prior to purchasing that I am not responsible and will not replace the item. I do include a complimentary DELIVERY CONFIRMATION with items in the USA that are paid via paypal, but this is not insurance or a true tracking number, but those can be purchased at buyer expense.

To repeat, I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items and will not refund or replace due to these reasons. Please understand this prior to purchase. All threats to leave negative feedback based on these reasons will be reported, as this is my policy and is clearly stated.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you have any issues with your items. Returns are handled on an individual basis. Please contact me prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding the jewelry.


If you would like an exchange or refund, the item must be mailed back within 2 weeks of purchase and you must convo me PRIOR to sending it back. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of getting the item back. Items must be returned to me in the samenew condition and in the original box and packaging.
