Payment
I except payment through Pay Pal

Payment within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. Everyours4ever will cancel the transaction if payment or contact are not received within these 3 days. Please serious buyers only. J

Cancellation will be honoured if contacted before the item is shipped. Everyours4ever reserves the right to deny sale to buyers with repeated non payment or consistent negative feedback.

For custom orders I require 50% of payment before we start creating your custom pieces.
Shipping
Please note I ship from the UK so postage charge you’ll see on the package are in pound sterling(£)

Purchases are shipped to the address listed on your Etsy purchase invoice.

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail International Airsure (International) or Special Delivery (within UK) If there is no Airsure available to your country (e.g. to Australia) they will be shipped international sign-for. Please refer to Royal mail website.

All Airsure and special delivery items will have tracking and delivery confirmation. Once the item’s tracked and it reads delivered on post office website I am no longer responsible for any lost package

I ship twice weekly on Monday and Friday but if you need something urgently. Please e-mail me. I will try my best to assist your needs! J Shipping times to UK 3-4 working days after shipment . International deliveries 6 -10 working day after shipment
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is a problem with any item that a buyer receives, please contact me straight away. A refund will be issues upon receipt of the item being intact and resalable, Returns must be received with 7 days of you receiving it.
Unfortunately refunds can not be given for custom made orders, as they are discussed and agreed on in advance. If you receive an item that is damaged let me know immediately.

Should it be the case that a refund is in order. Please note that this will not include shipping costs
