Frequently asked questions
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
I usually don't accept cancellations. However if you feel the need to cancel after you already placed your order, I will refund you but only partially. You will need to cover the cancellation fee which will be conducted from your orders total.
I haven't received my item(s) in the pre-stated shipping time, what do I do?
Contact me if you suspect something is wrong with your order. There is usually an explanation for the delay. I'll discuss the matter with you if you message me.
I put in a wrong address and the item(s) haven't arrived. What do I do?
Leaving a wrong address is the buyer's responsibility. I do however understand mistakes can happen or confusion with e.g. P.O. boxes exist. I will, depending on the situation, ship the item again just once. After that the buyer is responsible to cover the extra shipping costs.
