What are your customer service hours?

Monday-Thursday: 11am to 4pm ET
Friday: 11am to 1pm ET

I will respond to all emails and Etsy messages during this time period.

I am not available on weekends or US national holidays, but if you send me a message, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

When will my item ship?

Due to COVID-19, most orders take 3-4 weeks to ship, often due to circumstances beyond my control. However, I am doing all I can to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Please see individual listings for more details.

I got the wrong size (t-shirt, leggings, etc.); may I exchange it for a difference size?

Yes, as long as you contact me within 7 days and return the item to me within 14 days of your receipt. The item must be in the same condition as when I shipped it to you (with tags still attached), and you must pay for return shipping.

Can I get a refund?

Because each item in my shop is made on demand when you order it, I am unable to offer refunds. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days to discuss options. I want you to be happy with your purchase!

I haven't receive my order. Now what?

First, check your shipping confirmation to make sure you entered the correct shipping address. If the address was incorrect, though I'm happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, send me a message through Etsy and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

My order arrived, but it's damaged.

The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within 7 days!

Tracking says my order was delivered, but I don't have it.

The first thing I recommend is checking with your neighbors to make sure they didn't pick up your package for safe keeping. If they don't have it, immediately contact your local post office with the tracking number. You will be able to file a lost package claim with them; unfortunately, once the package is marked "delivered", there is nothing I can do on my end. It is up to you to work with your local post office.
