What are your customer service hours?

Monday & Wednesday: 11am to 3pm ET
Friday: 11am to 1pm ET

I will respond to all emails and Etsy messages during this time period.

I am not available on weekends or US national holidays, but if you send me a message, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

When will my item ship?

Digital items will NOT BE SHIPPED to you. Instead, they will be available for download within a few minutes of my receipt of your payments.

Physical items generally ship within 3-5 days, or as indicated on the individual listing.

However, due to current COVID conditions, delivery may be delayed beyond my control due to USPS conditions. I ask that you please remain patient as I work to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.

I’m a one-woman shop and I’m doing all I can to care for my beloved customers.

I got the wrong size (t-shirt, leggings, etc.); may I exchange it for a different size?

Yes, as long as you contact me within 7 days and return the item to me within 14 days of your receipt, I am happy to offer an exchange.

The item must be in the same condition as when I shipped it to you (with tags and packaging still attached), and you must pay for return shipping to my home.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds OR exchanges on DIGITAL ITEMS due to the nature of the products.

However, if you contact me within 7 days of receiving your PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, I will consider each on a case-by-case basis. If I determine that I can provide you with a refund, you will have to return the item(s) to me within 14 days of receipt, with tags and original packaging AT YOUR COST.

Orders that are not returned on time will not be eligible for refund.

I haven't receive my order. Now what?

First, remember that DIGITAL ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED TO YOU. They can be downloaded within a few minutes of my receiving your payment.

For PHYSICAL ITEMS, check your shipping confirmation to make sure you entered the correct shipping address. If you made an error and provided the wrong shipping address,I'm happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at YOUR COST.

If the shipping address was correct, send me a message through Etsy and I will get back to you as soon as possible with a plan TO HELP you track down your lost package.

My order arrived, but it's damaged.

If you receive a damaged order, you have 7 days from receipt to contact me describing the damage. Please submit photos for my reference.

If I determine the order is indeed damaged, I will replace it at no additional cost to you within 30 days.

If your damaged order is not returned to me on time, it will not be considered eligible for a refund.

Tracking says my order was delivered, but I don't have it.

The first thing I recommend is checking with your neighbors to make sure they didn't pick up your package for safe keeping. This happens frequently.

If they don't have it, immediately contact your local post office with the tracking number. You will be able to file a lost package claim with them;

Unfortunately, once the package is marked "delivered", there is nothing I can do on my end. It is up to YOU to work with your local post office to locate the missing package.

I’ve decided I no longer want my order — no specific reason why. Can I return it for a refund?

I typically do not allow returns when there is no specific reason. However, if you contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and you provide photos showing the product’s current condition, I may determine to allow you to return the order in its original condition to my home address, at your own expense.

This is looked at on a case-by-case basis, and no promise of return/refund is implied.
