EverydayJoyful's Shop Policies

Payment

I accept PayPal and credit cards, and expect payment within 3 days of purchase. I am required by the California Board of Equalization to collect taxes only on orders shipped to anywhere within the state of CA (at 9.00% tax rate). Items shipped to outside of CA are tax free.

Shipping

I ship within 24 hours of payment via US Postal Service Priority Mail so you should receive your item within 2-4 business days.

Please let me know if you need your item by a certain date for an event or gift, and I can give you a more accurate ETA to ensure timely delivery.

If you would like insurance or a confirmation number, please contact me before you place your order to allow for price adjustments.

Refunds and Exchanges

** DAMAGED ITEMS **
I carefully package my items with layers of bubble wrap, but items will sometimes be unfortunately damaged in the shipping process that I cannot control. If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately. Please message me with damage info/photograph of damage as soon as your item arrives. I cannot refund you the original shipping cost, but we can work something out in regards to the original item price.

** RETURNS / EXCHANGES **
If you are for some reason unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item and I will be happy to issue a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back undamaged and in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping for any exchanges. Arrangements made for returns and exchanges MORE THAN 5 DAYS after arrival are subject to a 25% restocking fee so please contact me immediately if you plan to return or exchange. Because most of my items are one of a kind, they can't be exchanged for an exact copy of your purchase. Those items can be exchanged for an item of equal value in my shop.

Seller Information

Since all my frames and teacups are unique finds that I am very selective in purchasing, I am not currently taking mass or wholesale orders. I can, however, create a custom order for a set of multiple (but not identical) frames or teacups in the style you like.
