We are an online seller of homemade and vintage items.
We strive to please every buyer.
We do our best to research and accurately describe each item.
We are not experts and might miss small defects or imperfections in our items.

Payment
We accept PayPal, checks and money orders.
Please make payments online through Paypal or mail checks or money orders.
Your may contact us through Etsy for shipping or payment instructions.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days following Paypal confirmation or receipt of payment.
Buyer is responsible for all transaction taxes, customs, duties or fees. Buyer may cancel the transaction without penalty by contacting the seller and will receive a full refund of the purchase and shipping costs if the request is made prior to the shipment of items.
Shipping
We ship worldwide - standard or expedited. Please contact seller to determine selection of shipping service and courier as prices and delivery times will vary.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days following Paypal confirmation or seller's receipt of payment.
Seller may reduce and refund excess shipping costs to buyer or upgrade shipping service or change couriers at no extra charge to the buyer at seller's option.
Buyer is responsible for all transaction taxes, customs, duties or fees attributable to the buyer's location.
Unless stated otherwise and subject to exceptions noted in the Refund policy, Buyer is responsible for all costs to ship, including insurance, tracking, postage, handling, materials as applicable to the transaction.
Refunds and Exchanges
Buyer may cancel the transaction for any reason and receive a full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs prior to the shipment of items.
Buyer will receive a waiver or refund of all pre-paid relevant shipping costs if the items are picked up or returned in person.
Buyer may return the items to seller in their original condition and receive a refund of the purchase price for any reason or an exchange for in-stock items of comparable value if requested within 14 days of buyer's receipt of items.
Buyer is responsible for costs of shipping, insurance or tracking/delivery confirmation for refunds, returns or exchanges.
Some items may be marked in the description as a "final sale" meaning the item is not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.

Exceptions: If an item is damaged in transit, the item or its condition is grossly or willfully misrepresented, or the item is not delivered after 30 days, the buyer may request a return of the purchase price and any pre-paid relevant shipping costs.
If the shipment was not delivered or damaged in transit and was insured, seller will support buyer in placing a claim to the insurance carrier.

Seller will not unreasonably withhold, delay or deny requests for refunds or exchanges.
